Senku said he's strong, but he never said dumb or a meathead like Taiju lol Just from smelling and touching the revival fluid, he knew it was nitric acid. Same as when he was let out, and given information about the lions - he made a bunch of quick deductions and decisions. He's very smart, mainly because of his experience as a "primate" - survival basically.

Tsukasa is intuitive and as good general knowledge he is capable of assessing environnement and other people very fast and deeply .
