I am not finally watching this… As a person who is religious this shit hit different… it made me more vigilant about who is in the church because there are good people who love God but there are also people who use their power in the church to hurt others so we have to watch with discernment for sufe

I can't think of any other anime doing this especially this well so bravo Fire Force and Joker! :)

Tho ofc as a result both are quite underrated - as they will not easily appeal to everyone like the mainstream ones, but I always say to people who love shounen to give thema try, coz they are gems. Tho I do think to appreciate Fire Force/Soul Eater, you ought to have watched already a few shounen, to appreciate the uniqueness.

They addressed him by first name then last name, which is often considered disrespectful if you do not know someone well/traditionally western, which goes against his beliefs/way of life in Asakusa!
