Like for Haikyuu, the twins that look identical in the latest season have a Kansai dialect which is different from what we normally see. I don't think I've recognized an Osakan accent but I hear their dialect is a little different. Also, Juggernauts family isn't really supposed to represent Chinese people. They're supposed to represent Japanese farmers and the like.
