Personally, I like both versions of MHA. Japanese Deku has better screams, but I think other than that the English cast is amazing. (Even if Sabbat is in EVERYTHING.)

And you're spot on with the villain voices being so good; Madara, Itachi, Pain, the Nine Tails, and others all have not only great voice acting, but moments that are passed around the internet a lot as incredible dub moments.
