I'm not really an expert on this sort of thing but if you have been doing everything for her and giving her all that love when she didn't deserve it, then it's time for you to start giving that love to yourself. I've also had to deal with a lot and have been feeling lost for the last couple of years and I still feel lost today, but the only thing you can do is to find a way to move on.
