I feel like he's just a goofy guy who likes to be immature and say so many sexual stuff especially towards his audience who are mostly immature zoomer kids who are incredibly horny at that age.

Like I’m other animes if a character isn’t strong then they just annoying and don’t really have a purpose but for one piece it’s not the case. Like nami for example. She isn’t strong in anyway or at least not like zoro and sanji and them, but that’s okay. Her job isn’t to be strong, her job is to be a navigator, and that’s completely fine cause she excels at it. Same with a lot of the crew. Their job isn’t to be strong so it works. Ussopp tho? idk 😂

I knew many anime fan wrold other continents in particular those where things are blasphameous (religion) and they do not have this attitude toward anime rather anme being for kids because they grew up with anime (80ys and 90ys).
