The beauty of a good show is that it makes you feel one way initially about a character, and then transforms your perception as the character grows. I don't want to prime him one way or the other to believe a character will end up good or bad, it'll be more authentic if he just figures it out himself.

Plus there was a shipping war bc Naruto asked Sakura out so many times. But Hinata grows & is nice to Naruto at least. And she DOESN'T act useless. To be honest though the writer isn't great at writing women. They don't accomplish much. It's just more obvious with Sakura. And the eyes do to take getting used to. She's DEFINITELY not blind. She's pretty high on my list of favorites. But I was pretty annoyed at 1st. Edit: Might need to revisit therapy. I straight growled at the screen when you said Gaara was mid. Rock Lee=actually Asta & acquired taste. Pretty 50/50 on the hate & love from fans. Actor in dub is annoying but hilarious.
