Garp was not at Roger's execution. It was in the manga and anime showing some of the pirates and Marine when they were young at the execution of Roger. That Mr 7 was mentioned by Zoro when Baroque Works wanted to recruit him. It was not drawn in the manga or anime but only spoken of. He killed that Mr 7 and the Mr 7 was replaced by the one you see in Arabasta. The Wanted poster person is a Pirate called Cavendish. You will meet him later in the anime. Don't need to search his name if you do not want to be spoiled.

2023-09-01 10:09:52 +0000 UTCI thought it was mostly good. The biggest difference I noticed is that Live Action Luffy doesn't act as carefree. In the anime he just busts out of the barrel wanting food and just does what he wants. But in the LA he acts more cautious.
