Man, I am SO happy that you're enjoying this. That you like the story aspects so much makes me so unbelievably happy. Re:Zero is really an amazing anime and one of the more unique and special ones out of those I've seen throughout the years, so seeing you watch it is really amazing. I definitely agree that I love Rem and that she deserves to get her man too! Emelia isn't a terrible character at all and I understand why he's persuing her but, the way Rem loves Subaru so beautifully and completely and helps him be who he wants to be is really one of the best relationships. In a perfect world, he'd have both lol.

Episode 18 is probably my 3rd or maybe 4th favorite episode in the series. It is amazing. Btw if you are wondering how Subaru can say he loves Emilia after what Rem did well, Subaru never loved Rem as much as Emilia, but because he was desperate he wanted to escape with Rem. There even is a "what if" story that the writer of re:zero: Tappei Nagatsuki wrote where he did chose to go with Rem. In that timeline he never found true happiness despite having a family there and a loving wife.

I could never have watched this episode online... most of the time I was crying and unable to speak because the emotions were so strong. Sometimes I wish you couldn't talk so much either during those emotional moments. But it has gotten better. Sometimes it would be good to wait until a scene is over to take a break. It was like there was a pause after every emotional sentence and the jokes often don't match the emotional scenes at all. When Rem started talking you have paid better attention and the flow was better. I enjoyed it more from then on. Problem: there's so much dialogue and it's pretty quick. It's not like One Piece. I feel like it works better there because the emotions are told with less dialogue and with more pictures and scenes. My wish for the next emotional moments: enjoy them more, don't bring too many sexual jokes while we cry and make less pauses or in more appropriate places. Nevertheless, you've already improved so much since the beginning of your career. It's somehow more enjoyable to watch you act with the chat in the background - emotes only work very well (in this episode, the chat could have told you to pause less but it couldn't, so it's a double-edged sword) - and you pay much more attention to the story and dialogue. Of course you're an entertainer and you want to entertain your viewers. And I feel insanely entertained - it makes me laugh so often. As an anime fan, there are these emotional moments which pick me up a lot. And in those moments, I want to share the emotions - that's why I hope that in the next emotional episode, the moment will come out even more. :) A big thank you for your videos!
