2023-06-06 21:59:40 +0000 UTCSpeaking of different arcs in shows, it makes me think of how rewarding some can be to those who stick with the shows. Look at Thousand Year Blood War in Bleach. Problem with it is that you'd have to had watched all the non-filler up to that point to get the full feel of each episode that was just hit after hit! That's still like a 300 some episode journey to get there.

The characters in this show don't get stronger by just willing it, they actually put in the work - and the shit Bisky teaches them now is going to pay dividends in the next arc
