Seen over 200-300 different anime over my lifetime and I still watch openings and endings. Just because you seen a couple anime with openings that spoil a little doesn't mean shit. Most openings are fine. Even if they do spoil majority of the time you don't understand those spoilers until you watch it in the anime.

2023-02-17 11:47:14 +0000 UTCthe openings dont spoil much tbh , black clover has many versions of the same opening which change after something spoilery happen in the anime , so you wont get spoiled untill that something already happend in the anime Edit: without spoiling - Example - "opening 2 version 1" you can see half of lucks face smiling. but in "opening 2 version 2" youll see lucks whole face smiling. yet it happens only after something happend in the anime. while "opening 2 version 4" has entirely new visuals.

Basically yes if you just watch openings out of order without watching the show you will be spoiled if not your usually fine there's only like 3 examples of a show actually major spoiling something that has not happened yet (and is surprising because let's be honest a clip of protagonist fighting the antagonist inevitably is not a spoiler)
