2023-01-25 12:31:57 +0000 UTCFirst of all 2 the anime you mentioned (Fate & Demon Slayer) are seasonal anime done by Ufotable who have an amazing schedule unlike Black Clover who got stuck with a horrible schedule and barely any good animators which made them resort to hiring any animator that they could find regardless if they're skill level in animation was poor which is why BC has inconsistent animation especially in the beginning of the series. This can be all blamed on Studio Pierrot for not giving the animation team a good schedule and resources to work with. It's honestly a miracle the anime didn't get cancelled in the beginning but thanks to the passionate people working on it the anime was still a success and got pretty popular.

The staff on black clover had to release an episode every week so as you can imagine the staff were rushed to complete new episodes each week.

I think he should wait until he's done before checking out the dub. For some reason the 2011 version didnt put some scenes that are really important to some arcs and it feels weird to get to them without seen the first episode of the 1999 version.

So I can understand if you get annoyed with that part of the anime, but I hope I'm not asking a lot when I say please be patient with this anime 🙏 . Its a slow burner at first but quickly picks up pace with each arc to come. Your patience will be rewarded! But you do seem to be enjoying it already so far which I'm so glad!
