Because i get frustrated a lil bit when i watched other reactors and they get mad at reigen for stopping mob and also because they want mob to go berserk. Its a really heart hitting moment for the two of them and really shows reigen’s moral as a character!

That's why it has kinda odd animation style, because this is how they look in the manga. If i recall correctly, Mob was written and drawn under One's guidance. (While One Punch Man was initially a web comic and later adapted to manga by Yusuke Murata with One's help)
