TOS Disclaimer: There are some single scenes with nudity. I love that anime. Still planing on reading the manga someday.

Also the yakusa made a deal with devil under the assumption that the would get power but they were turned to zombies due to it being the zombie devil which was stated. the weren't under control the whole time denji was working for them .
