11/06/18: Getting there!

Hey all,

Just a quick update for everyone! So as a bit of time has passed I've found more and more joy in focusing on work in this period, and as such I've done a few things both work-wise and in the broader sense of optimizing my work experience.

I've gotten a few more frames done on one of the adult animations and I feel I'm getting there in terms of quality and speed, to the extent that I'm confident I can start work proper again soon ^^ I'm not quite up to 10 frames a day again yet but I am getting there.

What I'm also doing is spending some time clearing out a room in the house that has for years been used as a dumping ground for various pieces of furniture and musical equipment/whatever we didn't want to deal with and forgot about; prime example, there was a working Millenium Edition PC in the depths there ( which incidentally has the only working printer in the house; try opening yahoo mail on a PC universally condemned by everyone in the last 18 years xD)

Anyway yeah, there were talks with Dad about me using it for working, and since his passing I wanted to do...something, anything really, and clearing the room has been a nice distraction; once it's fully set up I'll have my PC in there and can clock in/out like a regular job, which I think will really focus my mindset and reflect the level of support you've all shown me; I can really get serious about work and have my own specialized cave for the purpose of it ^^

Once I assemble this goddamned flat pack desk I bought and put the PC in there the work will hopefully crank into full gear, but until that point I'll continue to hone my animating and will, with luck, be able to speculate on the next version once everything's in order!
