I've been using these type of sessions on myself for psychic ability and lucid dreams, and I'm noticing definite improvements. Things are happening, ya'll!!
For the past month or so, I've been doing a lot of research, and it's fascinating. Weird, though. My skeptical mind wants to reject it, but I can't deny the immediate difference I've noticed, so there seems to be something to it.
