Trick to Treat (Food)

"Trick or Treat!" The scantily clad woman in the mummy costume sang, her costume hardly leaving any bit of her curves to the imagination. "Aren't you a little too old to be trick or treating?" I asked, a bit amused by her attempt. "Aren't you a little old to not know manners?" She retorted, probably used to people calling her out by now, "So, you got any candy or not?" "Not for you I don't," I shifted the bowl away from her outstretched pumpkin pail, "This is for actual kids so, no, I don't have any candy for you." She pursed her lips, "Well, I gave you a chance." And with that, I started to feel strange.
"What the hel-" I started to say before I felt something lodge in my throat. I heaved hard, trying to dislodge it, and watched as a piece of wrapped taffy exited my mouth and fell into her pail. "Oooo, taffy! That's a new one!" She grinned much to my fear. I looked at her, the nonchalance seeming to show that she knew what was happening. More heaving caused more sweets to fall from my throat. As I tried to stand, I heard the crinkling of wax paper. Looking for the noise, I realized it was my hands. In shock, I stared as my fingers turned to more wrapped taffy before falling into the woman's bucket. Quicker than I could react, the transformation spread, converting more and more of my mass into candy. Soon my entire body collapsed into a pile of wrapped confections, collapsing into the pumpkin as nothing but desserts.
"That's pretty good!" She said as she skipped away from the house, popping a piece of my body into her mouth.
