The spider girl is a bit tricky to draw. I have these questions like, how and where should I attach the human body to the spider. But I'm quite satisfied with the result 😊

And I really appreciate your willingness to take on odd designs like the spider girl! 😭 For anyone curious, these are new characters appearing in the next entry of my novel series. Per usual, I'll give some brief insight into each of their concepts. The one on the left is Alke the Whole. "Alke" is another word for the goddess Athena's aegis, and he's meant to be the ultimate defender, which is why he's heavily armored yet doesn't have a weapon. He's a taciturn dwarf, so his design isn't meant to be very flashy, and I wanted his face to be hidden as a nod to how his personality is as guarded as his body. But while he's a lone wolf, he dreams of meeting allies he can proudly support, and his shield is meant to represent that by emblemizing a pillar lacking a structure to hold up. The middle gentleman is Apollo. I didn't have too many specifications for him, so I basically just threw the concept of a gnome alchemist with a smoking mask and a color palette based on the zombie frog at Tostantan and let him run with it, and as always, he came back with a design that exceeded my expectations. I wanted him to seem meek and a bit odd or even cartoonish, which I feel is accomplished here, and his froglike design is to help him match his partner, the lady on the right. The last character is Lyco. Her spider half is based on a wolf spider, and when paired with Apollo, they're a reference to the phenomena where wolf spiders will 'adopt' frogs as pets. She's somewhat the opposite of Apollo as I had several specifications for her––primarily her three prosthetic legs––and Tos not only accommodated my demands but also rounded her out with a much better outfit. She was once a legendary bard who went by "Diaphanous Lyco" and was admired for both her beauty and abilities, and you can see her cello case resting behind her back. I'm really quite fond of her hair style too, as I think it adds a layer of cuteness!
