I think making a comic like this helps me get more familiar with how to do quick art. But this is a small panel painting, so I'm not really sure how much I can apply this method to a full-scale painting.
Another unexpected difficulty in this chapter is drawing a person lying face down... HOW IS IT THIS DIFFICULT?!! Like, I had to adjust it so many times to not make it look flat. I have to make a very conscious decision on drawing 3D shapes, unlike usual drawing I don't have to think too much about it. That's just how an unusual pose can do to you, I guess...
