1) Zubair was inquired for blasphemy & instigating riots..But he was arrested mainly for tampering electronic evidence by presenting hard resetted software devices..As of now fundings of alt news are under investigation, seems like they clearly have violated FCRA norms &took funding from Pakistan & Syria ..While alt news position was that it isn't getting foreign funding as it doesn't have FCRA clearance, Zubair in court admitted of accepting foreign fundings including fundings in form of crypto.. This secular Islamist is going to rot in jail for years
