Tamamo no Mae is one of the most infamous and powerful of the evil yōkai (a supernatural spirit or monster) in Japanese mythology. She is a magical nine-tailed fox, thousands of years old, with a thirst for lusty activities and power. To this end, she would transform herself into a stunningly beautiful woman, who would go on to become the concubine and consorts of kings of several countries… before she caused their dynasties to fall.
