Rukia release + patreon status update

Rukai is released now. It has some issues, but it was one of my first ports and I don't feel like reworking all the work to fix it. It was highly requested so I figured I could share it. Enjoy!

Some important info about this Patreon and updates:

Current status of my life and progress is a bit halted. I've had vacation and now it's back to work. Life is getting back on track and I want to start porting more often again. However, it isn't fair to keep billing for patreon subs when nothing is being ported, hence why I keep pausing it. I've paused it for two months so far and I'm going to pause it next cycle as well, so don't worry about being billed.

I will post and update when I start the billing and meanwhile I see this patreon as a way to "follow" me.
