How to win the cases in Chap 3

Chapter 3 cases can be won based on your stats. For this one you need:
At least 3 emotional intelligence.
2 persuasion.
Some choices that help increase those stats.
There was a question about the resisting arrest case in Chapter 2
Yes, you need a bit of stats from breaking the rules to check your text messages and get the extra info.
which will lead to this choice. and the case will be dismissed.
But you can have the charges reduced if you don't break the rules, and it's the last choice. It will change based on what you decide to argue.

2024-10-15 16:25:27 +0000 UTC.....is it weird that I had no idea I can actually lose the case? I mean, I know it's a possibility, but I have never experienced it...yet. I always win it or get a reduced sentence. Either way, thanks for the guide! I might actually intentionally lose next time lol
