Ci siamo presi del tempo prima di rispondere a quelli di voi che hanno commentato sotto l’ultimo post di Mary. Questo perché crediamo fosse importante dedicare il giusto tempo ad analizzare la reazione che ha portato alcuni utenti a commenti non accettabili, che sono stati eliminati e hanno portato al ban di un paio di account dal canale. Di tutti i commenti di critica senza giudizi personali non è stato toccato nulla.

Intanto partiamo col dire che Glamissima è per sua natura un canale all’interno del quale ognuno può avere le proprie preferenze riguardo alle modelle, alle tipologie di prodotto, a come viene realizzato il contenuto (che sia una recensione o altro).

A questo proposito, vogliamo chiarire che non ci troviamo in uno stadio di calcio in cui i tifosi urlano improperi contro la squadra avversaria ancor prima che incitare la propria. Non è richiesto un grado di approvazione da 1 a 10 su come si esprime la modella, sia questo il modo in cui decide di indossare gli indumenti oppure quanto mostrare o meno del proprio corpo. Ogni modella è libera di proporre una recensione nel modo che preferisce, senza dover rendere conto a nessun millantato diritto di qualcuno che ha commentato con toni dal peggiore dei bar dello sport. Ad oggi il video ha generato comunque 30 like, a dimostrazione del fatto che, come dicevamo prima, ognuno di noi ha le proprie preferenze sotto diversi punti di vista.

Ogni abbonato, naturalmente, può decidere di interrompere il proprio abbonamento, se non ritiene i contenuti degli di essere pagati al costo dell’abbonamento mensile. Così come può esprimere il proprio giudizio utilizzando termini che non siano offensivi né per la modella né per il canale, dietro al quale c’è un lavoro di persone che cerca di migliorare costantemente. Abbiamo sempre risposto ad ogni richiesta fatta in pubblico o in privato e continueremo a farlo. Ma come abbiamo più volte sottolineato, vogliamo che questo sia un posto in cui le persone trascorrano momenti di serenità, senza dover avere a che fare con sensazioni negative.

In sintesi: vi ascoltiamo, apprezziamo i vostri feedback e cerchiamo di migliorarci man mano che andiamo avanti nel nostro viaggio, accettiamo le critiche e sappiamo che né adesso né in futuro raggiungeremo mai la soddisfazione per tutti i nostri abbonati (siete davvero in tanti, e vi siamo grati per questo, ma siamo consapevoli che ciò rende più difficile accontentare tutti), ma pretendiamo che si mantengano toni civili in ogni discussione pubblica o privata che sia, e vorremmo anche che si capisse che non sempre i contenuti possono essere realizzati al meglio per diversi motivi (banalmente, perché i prodotti recensiti vengono acquistati online senza poterli provare prima e senza avere spesso la corrispondenza tra ciò che si acquista e ciò che viene spedito), ma ci impegniamo per migliorare costantemente.

Let's start by saying that Glamissima is by its very nature a channel within which everyone can have their own preferences regarding models, product types, how the content is created (be it a review or other).

In this regard, we want to clarify that we are not in a football stadium where fans shout insults against the opposing team even before inciting their own. A grade of 1 to 10 approval is not asked to anyone on how the model expresses herself, whether this is how she decides to wear the clothes or how much of her body to show or not. Each model is free to propose a review in the way they prefer, without having to answer to any boasted right of someone who has commented with tones from the worst of sports bars. At the very moment, anyway, that video made 30 likes, demonstrating that as we said before, anyone has his own preferences regarding a lot of things. 

Each subscriber, of course, can decide to terminate their subscription, if he thinks the content is not worth the money. And of course anyone can express his opinion using terms that are not offensive either to the model or to the channel, behind which there is a work of people who are constantly trying to improve. We have always responded to every request made in public or in private and will continue to do so. But as we have stressed several times, we want this to be a place where people spend moments of serenity, without having to deal with negative feelings.

Bottom line: we listen to you, we appreciate your feedback and we try to improve as we move forward on our journey, we accept criticism and we know that neither now nor in the future will we ever achieve satisfaction for all our subscribers (there are so many of us, and we are grateful to you for this, but we are aware that this makes it more difficult to please everyone), but we expect civil tones to be maintained in any public or private discussion, and we would also like it to be understood that content cannot always be achieved in the best possible way. for several reasons (eg. because the reviewed products are purchased online without being able to try them first and without often having the correspondence between what you buy and what is shipped), but we strive to constantly improve.
