FAQ + Linee guida per i commenti

Amici di Glamissima, per favore leggete questo elenco di FAQ prima di inviarci una richiesta, in quanto questo ci consentirà di dedicare più tempo alla creazione di contenuti per il vostro intrattenimento.  A causa della natura dispendiosa in termini di tempo del lavoro di produzione dei contenuti, non siamo sempre in grado di rispondere a tutti i messaggi, quindi ci scusiamo in anticipo se ci siamo persi il tuo. ~~~COMMENTI e NETIQUETTE~~~

Siate certi che tutti i vostri commenti sono molto graditi e apprezzati, e ci piacerebbe che le nostre discussioni fossero sempre le più "libere" possibili. Tuttavia, tieni presente che NON incoraggiamo quanto segue:

1) Commenti che esprimono una forte antipatia/odio verso specifici tipi di comportamento e/o persone.
Ciò include commenti che riteniamo inutilmente scortesi e aggressivi, in particolare nei confronti delle modelle. I commenti verranno rimossi e gli utenti che ripetutamente ignorano questa linea guida verranno rimossi da questa pagina senza preavviso.

2) Consigli e critiche non costruttivi.

A nessuno interessa che tu scriva che preferisci una modella sotto i video di un'altra modella. Vorremmo che questo canale fosse un luogo di intrattenimento leggero, anche nelle parole. Commenti non costruttivi verranno rimossi a nostra discrezione. NB Questa tipologia di commenti comprende anche le richieste di maggior nudità o simili.

3) Pubblicità e promozioni di siti, gruppi esterni, piattaforme, ecc.

4) Richieste private

Le modelle possono essere contattate attraverso i propri profili social. Se questi non sono presenti per una modella, significa che la modella non desidera essere contattata neanche per richieste personali di vario genere. Non utilizzate i commenti sotto i contenuti per richieste personali (es. richiesta di contenuti personalizzati a pagamento o altro che non sia di interesse per la community).

5) Commenti contenenti termini troppo scurrili.

Sappiamo che le nostre modelle sono spettacolari, tuttavia vi chiediamo di fare uno sforzo nel trovare i termini giusti per fare loro i complimenti, cercando di non cadere nel volgare.

1) Posso ricevere un rimborso?
La risposta breve è no. Se tuttavia vuoi segnalarci una specifica situazione, contattaci e cercheremo di fare il possibile.

2) Posso richiedere la recensione di un prodotto da una modella in particolare?
Sì, ma la il prodotto deve essere acquistabile tramite Amazon. Inoltre, la scelta di recensire uno specifico prodotto è della modella.

3) Posso essere il tuo video editor, se ne hai bisogno
Lo apprezzo molto, puoi mandarci una mail a info@glamissima.com con link a un tuo portfolio.

🆕 4) Che tipo di fatturazione avete?

A partire dal 26 settembre 2022, il ciclo di fatturazione è mensile senza più il vincolo del rinnovo al primo del mese. Se per esempio un utente si abbona il giorno 27, il suo abbonamento dura per un mese completo, e riceverà l'addebito successivo il 27 del mese successivo, e non più il primo del mese come in precedenza. Tutti coloro che si sono abbonati prima di questa data, continueranno a ricevere l'addebito al primo del mese.

~~~ COMMENTS AND NETIQUETTE~~~

Rest assured that all your comments are very welcome and appreciated, and we would like our discussions to always be as "free" as possible. However, please note that we do NOT encourage the following:

1) Comments that express a strong antipathy / hatred towards specific types of behavior and / or people.

This includes comments that we find unnecessarily rude and aggressive, particularly towards models. Comments will be removed and users who repeatedly ignore this guideline will be removed from this page without notice.

2) Non-constructive advices and criticism.

Nobody cares that you write that you prefer a model under another model's videos. We would like this channel to be a light entertainment venue, even in words. Non-constructive comments will be removed at our discretion. These comments include those asking for more nudity or similar ones.

3) Advertising and promotions of sites, external groups, platforms, etc.

4) Private requests

Models can be reached through their social profiles. If these are not present for a model, it means that the model does not wish to be contacted even for personal requests of any kinds. Do not use the comments below videos/photos for personal requests (eg. requesting paid custom content or anything else that is not interesting for the rest of our community).

5) Comments containing words that are too scurrilous.

We know that our models are awesome, however we ask you to make an effort to find the right terms to compliment them, trying not to fall into being vulgar.

1) Can I get a refund?

The short answer is no. However, if you want to report a specific situation to us, please contact us and we will try to do what we can.

2) Can I request a product review from a particular model?

Yes, but the product must be available for purchase through Amazon.it . Furthermore, the choice to review a specific product has to be confirmed by the model.

3) I can be your video editor if you need it

We appreciate it very much, you can write us at info@glamissima.com attaching your portfolio.

🆕 4) What kind of billing cycle you have?

Starting from September 26th, 2022, Patrons are charged on the day they join our membership, and then monthly on that same date. For example, if a patron joins on the 27th, they’ll be charged on that day, and then monthly on the 27th. All patrons who joined before this date will continue to be charged on the 1st of each month.
