He's a Phoenix, I figured he heals the wounds as soon as he gets them, giving the appearance of being like a logia. Had me curious whether or not the blue flames just cover his body or if he can make himself into them lol went and looked at the data for his fruit: "In the user's full Phoenix form, attacks may simply pass through them as if their body is one intangible flame, akin to a Logia's body; the defining difference is that the user merely regenerates, retaining a solid body under the fire. As such (as an advantage over Logia users), even injuries taken while touching Seastone can be recovered by the flames once contact with said material stops".
