There’s more to it but I’ll leave it at that for now. The soul is where your feelings and mind and will are. God already has consciousness and the power of life. He exists. He just gave himself a body. Jesus is the word and the word made everything. You speak words with your voice, and your voice has always been with you, so it’s not created. You can’t give yourself a new voice. No matter how it sounds, it’s still your voice. Your voice IS you. God gave his voice a body, named Jesus to live a life that is impossible for us to empower us to do the same by his Spirit. When he died on the cross his spirit rose him back to life. Then when Jesus ascended into Heaven, that Spirit was able to come back down to dwell in us. That is the gospel. It’s so you can have The Spirit to empower your mind to transform your ways. One perfect life to pay for your imperfect one. One with no mistakes to bare your mistakes. One with no burdens to carry all your problems, so you can rest while living. The payment was his life and his blood was the receipt. It’s proof of the power and forgiveness he gave you. It’s not always easy but it’s worth it. If this does resonate, don’t overlook that feeling. No matter what you think it is, don’t try to be a genius. Just say “Jesus show me then” and see what happens. You won’t die if you do, and prayerfully you live a new life.

2024-09-10 20:16:13 +0000 UTCForgiveness is like a gift. Can you enjoy a gift unless you open it? Even still I forgave you, you just didn’t utilize it towards your benefit. God’s forgiveness puts you in right standing with him and gives you power to change your way of being/ doing things. So instead of trying to always “do good” even though you are doomed to never do good enough, because you always fall short in one or multiple areas, you are given inherent righteousness upon believing Christ was in right standing for you. Now you don’t have to try and do good, and be fake because now you ARE good through heritage and just growing through your mistakes. It’s in the blood. It’s like a kid being born into a rich family. The mindset of success is in you because you have access to it. The point is now aligning with God, in light of forgiveness, by receiving that love and loving him back. Then you will feel fulfilled. Then through your actions, living a transformed life, you can transform others.

I know you guys have some type of relationship with God( Jesus Christ) but I just felt the need to say this. It’s time to intensify our relationships with the lord our God. The days are evil and times are strange. Sexual promiscuity is up. Sexual immorality, confusion and cold hearts are rampant. The Euphrates river is dried up, and wars and rumors of wars are happening just like the Bible says. I’m not saying to live right because we can’t do it in our own strength, I’m saying surrender. Surrender to the Lord Jesus. Develop a relationship with him. A genuine relationship. If you have one with him, reflect on it. Think about the heart of Jesus, are you doing things that he wouldn’t approve of? Ask him, pray and ask for him to show you what you are doing he doesn’t like, what you are doing he wants you to give up. I know you two are men of faith but as a believer in Christ it’s time for us to transition to solid food and leave milk behind. Men of faith must eventually become men of God who hear their God and move with their God. We can’t be fleshly, we can’t be carnal, we can’t be lustful, we can’t smoke weed recreationally, we can’t try to soothe ourselves like the world. We have the Holy Spirit living in us, we are not just human anymore, our God lives in us. We are one with our God. No matter what we do, our God has a front row seat in us. Our God is our anchor during troubling times but we can’t participate in worldly things and expect our faith to be strong and uncompromising. You can’t be uncompromising if you live a compromised life. The eyes are portals to the soul and a lot of the things we are seeing, listening to, and ingesting( alcohol, weed, drugs, random sex, sensuality, bad music) is opening us up to the wrong spirits that are against God and against us. The devil who is the enemy of our soul wants us to partake in the world thinking, “Jesus died for it so I’m good to do what I want”. NO, with the life that God gave you, live for him and be near to him. Forsake that which you think you love so he can show you who you truly are. Please seek Jesus Christ! Many things are coming that will shake you unless you have a relationship with Christ that is powerful enough to transform you. If you are still the same as 20 years ago or 10 years ago or 5 years ago or a year ago, you are stagnant. You are not growing with the Lord as you ought to grow. I’m not talking about externally but internally. Have you changed? Have you grown? Do you love the Lord your God practically in words and actions? Even if he Knows your heart, he would like for you to show him. Would you be in a relationship with someone who only ever told you they loved you but never told any of their friends about you? Or showed you? or went out with you? “Why are you embarrassed of me?” Is what I’m sure you’d think. Please you must seek the Lord your God now! Do it while he may be found. He loves you so much, no matter what you think. So much so I feel the need to write this to tell you. Don’t deprive him of the chance to have the greatest desire of a father’s heart, a chance to be with their child, you. You are God’s child. If you have a relationship with him, seek him more and strengthen it so you can actually hear him and not be lukewarm. Transform so you can transform others. People don’t just need laughs, they need life. You owe it to those who look up to you to be a light guiding them to Christ actively. If you don’t have a relationship with the Lord Jesus, call to him. Reintroduce yourself, ask him genuinely for him to show himself to you. Come back to him. Please he’s waiting for you! Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you and empower you, Read your Bible, pray, engage in worship, surrender and repent of your old lifestyle. Eventually go to church. Get serious with Jesus. Be genuine when you talk to God but be willing to obey him and change. Be open to changing with him. Don’t think “we have an understanding.” Or “my relationship with him is different”. The standard of the Lord is progressing perfection. Be holy. He wants you to come as you are but he wants to turn you into who you’ve always been. No more running away. No matter what your gripe, I challenge you to take these words seriously. Sit with God. Ask him what it means to love him, do not lean on your own understanding. This message is for everyone here. Seek the Lord your God.
