When they first met Kiku it made sense she wasn't showing her hand--everyone was still biding their time and playing it lowkey. She would've just made herself a target and she had no way of knowing Zoro and Luffy were the truth. Falling for Kanjuro's shit twice is tragic tho smh. Hate to see it.

I really wish that wasn’t the case because besides Kin’emon, Kanjuro, and Ashura they all feel half-baked. This wouldn’t be an issue if he didn’t try to give the other six so many emotional moments in Wano- but because he does it hurts the writing for everyone.
