2024-07-22 19:42:48 +0000 UTCit's just the way toei does things, if they play an OST in the background they want the attack animation to fill the entire ost, even if it means stretching out the attack way too long. it's the same in dbz but heat and hus are pretty familiar with it at this point so i dont think they were reading too heavily into zoro being too strong or anything. its typically only us manga fans that are very quick to notice that stuff more than the Anime Onlys , it probably bothers us more than it really should.
