Thats why I said often. Plus we talking about physical strenght not haki related. We at least know zoan DF to increase user's overall strength and toughness. Maybe the size increase is just related to specific zoans idk. We do know for sure that Kaido is stronger than he was 20 years ago and way stronger than he was at God Valley incident. But it doesnt mean anything because we know in the end that haki > all.

Shiryu is small, Mihawk, Black Beard is bigger then the average person but def nothing serious. The biggest person in the worst gen was the mad monk and he tapped out and went home.

In the manga, she opens the window just as the tank is passing by and everyone else jumps in the water right before she does, it didn't seem like Chopper and Usopp really had a chance to avoid being seen by Big Mom. The anime makes it odd by having them just stop in front of her window lol
