2024-02-07 05:19:08 +0000 UTCAs a whole? Hmm it’s a 5 for me. It’s too damn long and at this point I’m just watching One Piece to see how it ends. Don’t get me wrong, there are moments in the plot that really shine but they are far between the story for me to be really excited about the story anymore. Plus I outgrew the comedy and other aspects of this show for me to say this is a good anime/manga. So yeah for me it’s a 5/10 which is still decent but not great.

They see how horrible Kaido is and what he's capable of. Kaido just doesn't want the rest of Wano knowing there are other pirates in the country so they don't become interested in things from the outside world. It's why he told officials not to print in the news that Luffy, or anyone else they captured, were pirates. But the citizens are aware of what they are.
