Some MAJOR SPOILER discussion: I guess for pure consistency purpose, we could say that the "4th" written on the 3rd coffin really mean 4th Kazekage whom they just killed. In the manga there was simply no such coffin, so it could be anyone except for Minato who couldn't be reanimated. Although in retrospect I would just call this a sloppy animation, since the context made almost everyone who first saw that scene assume it to be the 4th Hokage, which would be directly contradictory. And the whole moment is not, again, technically contradicted in Shippuden, because the strength of the reanimated is controllable. That's why during the 4th Shinobi War, Hashirama could break free from Orochimaru any time he want, because all four hokages at that time were summoned at a state close to their peak strength. But here against Sarutobi, Orochimaru only summoned the two OGs with partial strength, which also explained why they got dropped by Sarutobi so easily. As far as consistency goes, I think we are good here. I'm not gonna pretend Kishimoto planned it all in his mother's womb or something lol, since there is such a big time gap between the two events for him to come up with a good explanation, but the man did a decent job patching this stuff up.

This is spoiler-ish but yeah that 3rd coffin was technically a filler since it wasn't in the manga and it'd contradict the mechanism of the reanimation jutsu. But it did bring me extra chills when I first watched it as a kid!
