Well yeah, they’re a sovereign nation who survived this long in the new world, and a nation of natural fighters with zenkai boosts no less. Plus, like you said, you don’t have all the context yet. I mean, how strong do you think Kinemon is? We haven’t even gotten to Wano yet. How strong are the samurai? There are entire nations we haven’t seen yet.
