I dunno if Streusen would have a choice. He guided her into becoming a selfish & narcissitic pirate, and she embraced that whole ethos of, "If I want it, I take it". We've seen how she is in adulthood. She'll kill your family if you don't show up for one of her tea parties. She'll maim, kill, or take years of your life if you try to leave her crew. If Streusen IS the father of Perospero, I imagine it went down like this: she demanded the D, and he gave it to her on demand. Because he knows what can happen if you tell her no. That's my head-canon for all of her baby-daddies. Other pirates sail the seas in search of money. She sails the seas looking for men from races she hasn't gotten with, and then gives the chosen dude the ultimatum: Gimme that D, or I'm gonna kill you / people you care about. She has the baby, drops it off at her island, and then takes to the sea once again.

His tongue is only like that because he ate the Lick Lick fruit. Stresuen has full lips, Perospero is tall, no full lips, we've never seen his hair because he had cloth over his head. Oda himself has stated the fathers of the kids is "pointless" info. It could be a thing and it couldn't. Genetics are weird when it comes to Big Mom as many think the main 3 triplet sons belong to Kaido, but they look nothing like him. I'm personally thinking no given her history of hit and quit it.

The similarities are too striking: same laugh (!!!), same tongue, same hair, same nose...like, come on. And Streussen clearly groomed Big Mom. He also calls her "Linlin". If Oda gave any more hints, he might as well just draw their sex scene.
