But yeah, Cracker army is definitely VA, or a rank lower, level I'd say (again, depending on VAs; and obviously excluding Garp). Cracker is crazy strong, a literal one man army. And he can deploy his army really fast compared to other devil fruits who lets you amass armies too (like Moria's df, which is a slower process, though perhaps with a higher ceiling for potential power).

Episode 807 is a mixed episode so it should be watched or they will miss some canon material that is important. The mixed episodes are just Toei's way of delivering important info and buying time for bigger things to come.

Mimi was right there are too many repeating flashbacks it is kind of annoying but as Toei put canon scenes in between so it is kind of disconnected if skipping ep807. Ep 807 and 808 should be watched together. It should have done it into one episode only but Toei needed to prolong it into two episodes inserting too much repeating flashback it is kind of shame.
