Rewatching this episode made me realize how terrible the pacing of this anime is (the manga is 10x better in terms of pacing) The first half was literally just explaining that they fell and Luffy running around aimlessly lol

Could he be...? *looks that Luffy is bleeding* ...Blood?" So we already got a few hints of Haki through the series, although Blackbeard is the first person to talk about Haki in Mock Town (he says "spirit", but in kanji it says "haki", I believe)
