2022-01-21 17:36:31 +0000 UTCI think what Tsuru (mawmaw) meant by the wrong lineup is that they never expected Whitebeard to invade the inner bay from underwater. If you look at the navy ships, they are all outside the bay (circle), meaning they would've defended the bay and not allowed WB to get so close to the execution area or Ace. WB is right next to their nose, that was indeed a bold and very clever move...not only does he have hands, but also big brains!
