He just has allot of pride and i mean he was lowkey right in the end lol he just had to apologize cause luffy is their leader. Imagine if they demolished merry on the spot when luffy was gonna. They would all be dead right now.

God damn. Even tho usopp apologized in the end jesus christ he still took some dmg character wise in my eyes with all that delusional stuff he was saying before he apologized. Glad the gang is back together, but damn im side eyeing usopp from now on 😂

No ones gonna talk about how usopp just casually did a 500 foot drop and landed on his feet unscathed out here looking like kaku fr

hopefully we can get an opening reaction at a certain point of the series (iykyk). I don't quite remember how bad it was early on but, the thing with OP is that there's the recap so it feels kinda redundant to watch the opening then just skip the recap instead of skipping both lol

Usopp lacked a sense of guilt
2021-07-24 18:09:19 +0000 UTC
I think they did hear it but it wasn’t what he needed to say so they were basically ignoring it.

The whole thing with Zoro is a joke :D now I get that he meant it when he said it, but both him and Luffy couldn't hear Usopp when he was sprouting nonsense to them when they were getting chased off by Garp, and both reacted when he said that he was sorry about leaving the crew. The lesson got learned but dont hail Zoro as this chad among chads when he was just as childish about it as Luffy.

Man facts, I love Zoro for a lot of reasons but this is one of those moments aside from all the jokes and action that make him my favorite on the crew. He's so goddamn'd dependable, that discussion was one of the realest things I'd ever heard after an infighting situation amongst a squad in anime. Usually the fact that they all fought together is enough of a 'actions speak louder than words' thing that the past squabble gets swept under the rug and everything is copacetic again. But Zoro made several points in this and I just respect every one. The Luffy v Usopp fight was emotional for a reason, it wasn't some joke or petty shit and Zoro had front row seats to how much it affected all of them, he was not about to play around with that shit. Seeing how Usopp's first go to was to joke around and brush it off in a panic proved it was a good lesson for him too. Lie to your enemies all you want, man, but not yourself or the crew. You stepped up in Enies, do it now too. Him apologizing and Luffy tearfully accepting is a perfect ending to the emotional roller coaster Water 7 started us on; so dope that we wrap up every single thing as we leave it.

Zoro really cemented himself as Luffys right hand man and the Vice Captain of the future King of the Pirates.

It wasn't just about the ship. The Merry was a metaphor for how Usopp viewed his position in the crew. He had such low self-esteem in himself that he viewed the ship more valuable than him and when they were willing to leave Merry behind he figured it was just a matter of time before he was left behind too. Unfortunately his own actions almost led to his fears coming true

Usopp was wrong about the Merry too. Even though she came to save them in the end, she was still done and they needed a new ship. He wouldn’t accept that.

Not sure if you noticed but when Zoro was giving his lecture he mentioned that "If the first thing he says is an apology then it's all good" and then when Usopp was talking BS, Luffy and Zoro were like "I can't here anything" until he said sorry.

Zoro speaking facts, plus this is something Usopp needs to learn. Zoro's looking for the crew, Usopp included. Man, how can anyone hate this reunion?!😶

Gotta have order in your ranks if you gonna play with the big boys. Can't go to war when your crew ain't following orders. When your Cap says charge, you fucking charge. Need that type of trust and respect or it won't work out.

Hell yeah Zoro the wise one knows the Captain should have respect in the crew. Zoro always with the solid advice he’s a great right hand man.
Mans is loyal.
