The way I understood Nobara's resonance technique is it didn't reflect the Decay curse but just the pain she was feeling, because their own blood was mingled with her own so they were linked. Eso thought it did reflect the curse but when she hit him with the second resonance while he was on the truck he realized it wasn't the case.

Maaaaan I wasn't ready for the sauce Mappa came with but it has been a fuckin' delight. Every ep was fire. Iconic level of marrying so many different elements that complemented each other and elevated the whole series. The OST went hard, even on the comedic parts, the animation quality, the action, the characters, the pacing -- Nobara was on her queen shit and I loved how they edited the black flash moment, synching with the music. Whole squad some savages. And towards the end, Mia was laughing when Gojo paid her because he was being smart, since that's how you get her on your side. I think he paid her pretty well considering the other amounts that were in there. Also shout out to Mappa/Gege for really being smart about how all this lined up, immediately dropping mention of a movie--here I was hoping the prequel manga would at least be an ova in between the wait for the next season, but this is even better.
