Japanese VAs are next level anyways (because they're big celebrities in Japan. Hence: bigger pool of talents/more competition, better infastructure for finding and coaching talent etc) But Yamaguchi (Usopp's VA) is one of the absolute GOATs even among them. Apart from being a main cast in the biggest manga/anime of all time, he's also voiced many other well known characters like: Feitan, L, Inuyasha, Ranma, Shinichi Kudo, Kaito Kid But yeah. Usopp is definitely his funniest role. Makes Usopp sound hilarious and makes all kinds of crazy/freakish noises lol
