They'll always be fam. But people gotta go their own ways sometimes. Glad ya'll caught this shit Champloo's a great story.

In the end, Mugen had to be like Jin to finished off 'Eyepatch' by being incredibly precise and having a plan, and alas Jin had to become like Mugen and go buck wild to beat the 'The Hand of the Gods'. The conclusion of this anime is that everybody can go their own way never feeling alone again.

Then even though the whole crew lives they separate since nothing is keeping them together now. Really recommend the show Cowboy Bebop by the same director it was the show that came before this. This and Bebop share alot of similarities you can see and Bebop is even more critically acclaimed.
