Also some background details as you may know Togashi has had many health issues that have delayed HxH over the years but these issues first started impacting him around the end of Yu Yu Hakusho the anime started catching up to the manga Togashi was writing and sadly due to illness his drawings also suffered in the manga kinda like alot of HxHs manga drawings got reworked later with better art. So the final arc of the anime and manga feel abit rushed because he was trying to finish quickly before he gave out. Thankfully the anime actually has what many consider the best conclusion that could have happened with the final 2ish episodes coming out before the manga IIRC. Togashi still really liked the ending in the anime even if he couldnt give everything to lengthen the manga. Another funfact to show how popular Yu Yu is today despite being old and not everyone knows of it in the younger viewers the manga outsells some of the biggest manga to compete with the likes naruto in average per volume sales. This is because unlike longer series going with tons of volumes YuYu only has 19 so more people on average buy every volume at higher numbers than long running manga. EX. Naruto 87 volumes average 2.87 million a volume Bleach 74 volumes average 1.62 million a volume YuYu 19 volumes average 2.63 million a volume

So that costume with the mask and tuxedo is a easter egg. Togashi is married to Naoko Takeuchi the creator of Sailor Moon (funny how both are legends in manga and anime). A character called Tuxedo Mask in her manga wears a tuxedo and mask very similar to the one seen here.
