My only justification is that Kira went through all the requirements for a requiem stand which are shown as acquiring a second ability based on what the person most wants at that moment. So no, it isn't a requiem stand, but yes he did acquire it like any other person would get a requiem stand

2020-03-30 00:30:38 +0000 UTCOk bro. Bites the Dust isn't a requiem Stand, it's a new ability granted to Kira. Killer Queen didn't undergo any changes like we see Chariot and "other" Stands go through. Killer Queen didn't get pierced, and like you said, Kira didn't use a Requiem Arrow.

2020-03-30 00:22:35 +0000 UTCBites The Dust, by technicality, isn't a Requiem stand, mostly because the definition of a Requiem stand requires a stand to be struck by the arrow, and it was Kira who was struck by the arrow. It's similar enough that it's almost impossible that it wasn't the inspiration for Requiem, though.

2020-03-29 05:18:28 +0000 UTCpolnareff gave a weird description of the arrow, it doesnt give the ability to control minds it basically grants a stand user a second ability for what a person most wants at the moment. so when kira felt cornered he got bites the dust and pol pol wanted the arrow to be kept away from diavolo so he got the ability to switch bodies
