JoJo part 4 has a weak beginning with a lot of irrelevant and silly stuff and stuff that purely just doesn't make sense. If you can look past those things than yeah part 4 is good. I think the core group in part 5 is better and has an actual story behind it and you can feel the journey they go through the entire way and the tensity
