late response to this vid but im trynna cop the XXX tapes of Young Genkai and Toguro. Deep in the Pink Wildcat Vol. 1, I know Elder Toguro was on a tree outside recording from the windows. The only way you getting this type of commentary is from hardcore ecchi shows nowadays, anime in the present aint built like this. You not gonna catch anyone in MHA being like "oh yah Midnight bruhh you should've seen her days at UA High, the acts she committed in the classroom were quite villainous", I love YYH for their realness, the rawness, the thugishness they show through the characters, action, and dialogue.

Seeing the length of this video made me so happy it reminded me of the chimera ant arc days of hxh where every video was at least 10 minutes of discussion. That was easily Hus’ best singing of the intro to date, my mans was feeling himself heavy! He even figured out the two missing words (common confidence) of the intro you guys always skip. “And suddenly, my common confidence start swelling up” he even his the signature Heatah “thank you for waking thou up” Parasyte actually came first. It’s manga was published in 1988 but it didn’t receive an anime adaptation till 2014. So Elder Toguro is basically an inspiration from Parasyte. Fun fact, Youpi from HxH is based off Gotou from Parasyte as well, when he was fighting shinichi in the forest during their final fight. Heatah your voice impressions be having me on my neck. Elder toguro voice is straight comedy. The people were not lying when they said that the next villain is one of the best in anime history. I can agree with that statement (although Toguro isn’t far behind on that list). Hearing you guys talking about how excited you are for the next arc is making me sad if you guys end up putting Yu Yu back on hold because the Dark Tournament arc and the next arc are really two of the best arcs in shonen history. I always say this but y’all are really the goat reactors. Your videos help me get thru the day whenever life gets rough. I know I’m always guaranteed a laugh. I’ll support you guys till the day you guys stop grinding, but I hope that never happens. Thank you Heatah and Hus for everything. Keep being the real G’s that you are.
