Also rewatching this with y’all made me appreciate how good the animation is for the fighting scenes, considering this was made in 1992. Kurama slicing up Gama with his Rose Whip was just quality animation. The animation gets better I can’t wait for future episodes

2019-11-13 03:00:04 +0000 UTCEven in his early days ToGOATshi has the interesting fights. Gama’s makeup is basically the prototype for one of Kurapika’s chains, the one that restrains the Phantom Troupe and puts them in zetsu. sealing spirit energy is basically forced zetsu.
