P.s.: Note that i didn't forced my point of view on them, only asked other people who were forcing them to their taste. I'll watch it anyway, I'm here for their input on the anime, not the sub, this I can watch whenever I want.

Yes, but that was not the case. Only people shouting that it is superior for no other reason than nostalgia. Plus, Kwabara voice in dub matches nothing with his original tone or personality, it is border line cringe.

That's cool it's probably better for complete reactions that you don't have to be reading although I love this dub the main cast kills it and most of the other voices too I still would've been ok continuing in sub I think at least having the subs on is a good compromise tho looking forward to further reactions

You know I grew up with DBZ dub but the sub for super was amazing old lady doing the voice of goku did amazing without spoiling one of my favorite performances is her in a later arc also the purple haired guys lines in the sub give me chills

when y’all switch to the dub, if y’all still have the subs on, try not to focus too much on them because the dub script is a lot more westernized than other dubs, conversations and jokes sometimes can be completely different so focusing on the subs can distract you from what’s actually being said. Can’t wait to see y’all reactions to the first series Togashi made, you’ll see a lot of ideas in here that he eventually fleshed out in hunter x hunter

I prefer his Japanese voice actor who is pliaf and Buggy in one piece. Also Toguro voice actor is goat in Japanese hands down

Whats good y'all! You know we don't mind watchin the dub. The main thing we were looking to avoid was copyright, and we didn't know how strict yu yu would be. We'll watch it in the dub for sure, but I'll still have subtitles up as well to go with it, because we'll have the volume down considerably. Kind of like how we did with full metal. Can't wait to watch the rest of this classic!

I'll respect whatever they decide to watch. But I would bet most people tuning in are wanting to see a reaction to the english dub. If your whole premise is to react to a show, you should probably pick the version 90% of your audience most likely watched it as.

His voice actor is legendary in Japanese too, he plays Pilaf in DB and Buggy in One Piece. That being said the anime overall is better in sub imo and some of the jokes won’t make sense in English so it diverges from the source material a tiny bit

The emotional scenes better translate over well in dub because Kuwabara and a couple of things to come in the future just hit different in Japanese 😪

The only shows I recommend watching dub over sub is trigun, Yu yu Hakusho, full metal alchemist, dragon Ball z

Yusuke dub voice is god tier, one of the main reasons the show is so good . Full metal alchemist subbed is the one that isn't bad. This is like watching dragon Ball z in sub lol

Sup guys. Love to see the reaction to one of my favorite anime. One suggestion, please watch the English dub. It is widely regarded as the superior version, similar to Full Metal Alchemist. I really don't think you'll regret it, but I'm gonna enjoy the ride regardless. Keep up the fire reactions!
