Hus might be on to something when he said that Gon might not have Ging's brain genes. I have a theory that Gon has the exact mindset and personality as Gon's mom. Ging has basically planned out/predicted Gon's life and my theory is that before he handed Gon to Aunt Mito, Ging spended time with gon as baby and notice the the similarities between Gon and his mother, and with this knowledge, he planned out Gon's life accordingly. So, I also assume Gon's mother is an Enhancer as well, BUT Gon also received Ging's monstrous potential and talent, which hopefully will make Gon, the world's greatest Enhancer one day, again just a theory lol. Also, when Cheadle talked about Ging INTENTIONALLY letting Leorio hit him with his Warp Punch Nen Ability, there's another reason why he took the hit as well...(Hint: It's Nen-related and it'll blow your mind, and it's in the manga).
