i would say that hisoka hard counter killua if he catch him with bungee gum it will hinder killua's speed greatly.

Though I'm guessing it's a combination of physical might&skills plus a more combat suited Hatsu while Ging's Hatsu is more balanced and Pariston is more hax/broken. Essentially human Youpi, Pitou, and Pufu.
