i would say that hisoka hard counter killua if he catch him with bungee gum it will hinder killua's speed greatly.

I believe the final rule Killua was talking about is that unlike wishes the same person(or just Killua) can ask Something to heal back to back to back. The only restrictions are Something needs physical contact and a nap between healing sessions.

What do you mean besides? We the viewers give those two credit but the story flat out says he's supposed to the strongest. Though I'm guessing it's a combination of physical might&skills plus a more combat suited Hatsu while Ging's Hatsu is more balanced and Pariston is more hax/broken. Essentially human Youpi, Pitou, and Pufu.

I honestly don't even think Hisoka could beat Killua's godspeed.

Btw in episode 138 they say reason Netero chose Pariston as vice president is because he didn't want a yes man & that is should be someone he couldn't stand because it be more fun.

Since you guys are nearing the end I suggest watching the ending outro all the way before you wrap up HxH. I'm sure you guys would like the last image shown at the end.

AYO HEETAH!! Fun Fact: Besides Ging and Pariston, the Dragon (of the zodiacs) is said to be closest to Netero in terms of battle strength. The Dragon is a Triple Star Terrorist Hunter.
