If I remember correctly, emperor's time is actually 100% over all categories

2018-09-22 04:00:49 +0000 UTCHeatah's right when kurapikas eyes go red, he becomes a specialist using an ability called emperors time (which makes him have 80 % control over all categories) Specialist just means your ability doesn't fall under any of the other categories, Chrollos power to steal abilities wouldn't be transmuting or manipulating so he falls under special. Great reaction ^.^
